iClean is applied very thinly on the top and bottom of the board, shortly before the polishing discs or BRUSH-tec®.
This ensures that the edge of the adhesive and the previously applied iRelease remains clean.

APPLICATION:
iClean is applied using the LcM ultra-thin nozzle on the top and bottom of the edge areas of the workpiece. It helps remove previously applied agents and loose adhesive residue. Additionally, iClean provides extra cooling of the edge joint and the adhesive bond.
