Lc 2/21 antistatic coolant cleans the top and bottom sides of the workpiece edges and contributes to a significant improvement in edge quality. Through the refined interaction of the components, two processes run in parallel.
APPLICATION:
Lc 2/21 Antistatic-Coolant is applied using the LcM two-phase nozzle on the top and bottom of the edge areas of the workpiece. This ensures that sensor rollers, tools and the workpiece itself remain free of chips and other contaminants, such as glue residues.
