Rakoll® Supermelt Professional is a high-quality EVA-based hotmelt adhesive, developed for edge bonding with excellent processing properties.

This hot melt adhesive has an average open time and offers low consumption.

This also distinguishes itself by extremely high initial adhesion in soft forming.

Applications:

Rakoll® Supermelt Pro is universally applicable for bonding straight edges and is suitable for most edge materials that have been tested and approved by the manufacturer.

We recommend testing the adhesive in advance to verify that it is suitable for the specific production process.

Furthermore, the adhesive is ideal for applications in soft forming. Rakoll® Supermelt Pro is aromatic-free, contributing to a healthy working environment.

Processing instructions :

Rakoll® Supermelt Pro can be processed in the usual way. The best results are achieved under the following conditions:

• Environment and material temperature: 18 - 20°C
• Processing temperature : 190 - 210°C (measured on the glue roller)
• Moisture content of the material: 8 - 10%
• Doorvoersnelheid : >15 m/min
