Product Description:
Hranitherm 1000.7x is a light-filled white hot melt adhesive in cartridges based on EVA, intended for gluing furniture edges using manual edge banding machines from Festool.
Examples of applications:
- Gluing of ABS edges
- Gluing of PVC edges
- Gluing of laminate edges
Characteristics:
Hranitherm 1000.7x is a hot melt adhesive characterized by excellent versatility thanks to its excellent properties, such as melting behavior, higher heat resistance and viscosity.
This adhesive is an ideal compromise for all color combinations, available in white (Hranitherm 1000.71) and light beige color (Hranitherm 1000.70).
- Brookfield viscositeit bij 200°C: 50.000–80.000 mPas
- Smeltindex bij 190°C: 130–170 g/10 min
- Smeltpunt (ring- en balmethode): 100°C
- Dichtheid: 1,16 g/cm³
Suitable working conditions:
- Verwerkingstemperatuur: 190–200°C
- Materiaalvochtigheid: 8–10%
- Pressure on the nipper rollers: 3–5 kg/cm²
