Hranitherm 600.2x is an EVA based hot melt adhesive, mainly characterized by a longer open time and good heat resistance of the glued joints.
Thanks to the lower viscosity, the adhesive has better spread on the edge and is suitable for smaller edge banders.
The adhesive is also available in white ( 600.21 ) and beige (natural) color ( Hranitherm 600.20 ).
- Brookfield viscosity (200°C at 27/2 rpm): 18,000–28,000 mPas
- Melt index at 190°C: 145–175 g/10 min
- Melting point (ring and ball method): 85–90°C
- Density at 20°C: 1.35 g/cm³
Suitable working conditions:
- Temperature adhesive tank: 170–190°C
- Temperature application roller: 190–210°C
- Feed rate: 10–50 m/min
