Hranitherm 600.1x is an EVA based hot melt adhesive that excels through its excellent melting capacity, open time and viscosity.
The adhesive is resistant to stringing and offers high processing quality.
The adhesive is available in white (600.11) beige (natural) (Hranitherm 600.10), brown (Hranitherm 600.18) and black (Hranitherm 600.19).
- Brookfield viscosity (200°C at 27/2 rpm): 80,000-110,000 mPas
- Melt value at 190°C: 145–175 g/10 min
- Melting point (ring and ball method): 95–110°C
- Density at 20°C: 1.53 g/cm³
Suitable working conditions:
- Temperature glue bath: 190–210°C
- Temperature application roller: 200–220°C
- throughput speed: 10–50 m/min
