Product Description:
The lightly filled hot melt adhesive based on EVA in granule form is intended for bonding furniture edges.
The highly valued adhesive is known for its high quality and wide range of applications.
Characteristics:
Hranitherm 600.7x is an EVA based hot melt adhesive, suitable for edge gluing in edge banding machines with medium to high throughput speed.
The adhesive is characterized by high thermal resistance, an average open time, strong bonding of the glued joint and clean working without unwanted stringing.
The adhesive is available in white (Hranitherm 600.71), beige (natural) (Hranitherm 600.70) and black (Hranitherm 600.79).
- Brookfield viscositeit (200°C bij 27/2 rpm): 50.000–80.000 mPas
- Smeltpunt (ring- en balmethode): 100°C
- Dichtheid bij 20°C: 1,16 g/cm³
Suitable working conditions:
- Temperature glue bath: 170–190°C
- Temperature application roller: 190–210°C
- Feed rate: 10–30 m/min
