The hot melt adhesive Hranitherm 603.0x based on EVA is suitable for edge bonding on edge banders with medium to high throughput speeds.
The adhesive is characterized by high thermal resistance, an average open time and strong bonding of the glued joint.
The adhesive is available in white and transparent color
Brookfield viscosity (200°C at 27/2 rpm): 60,000–85,000 mPas
- Melting point (ring and ball method): 105–115°C
- Density at 20°C: 1.00 g/cm³
Suitable working conditions:
- Temperature glue bath: 170–190°C
- Temperature application roller: 190–220°C
- throughput speed: 8–30 m/min
- Adhesive consumption: 145–210 g/m²
