The transparent hotmelt adhesive Hranitherm 600.30 based on EVA is suitable for edge gluing with a higher throughput speed in edge banding machines.
This adhesive is characterized by high thermal resistance, short open time, and strong adhesion of the glued joint.
The adhesive is also available in white (Hranitherm 600.31) and black (Hranitherm 600.39).
- Brookfield viscosity (200°C at 27/2 rpm): 50,000-80,000 mPas
- Melting point (ring and ball method): 105–115°C
- Density at 20°C: 1.05 g/cm³
Suitable working conditions:
- Temperature glue bath: 170–190°C
- Temperature on the application roller: 180–200°C
- throughput speed: 12–30 m/min
