Product Description:
Beige (natural color) lightly filled hot melt adhesive based on EVA in granule form is intended for automatic edge banders.
Characteristics:
Hranitherm 600.64 is a beige (natural color) EVA based hot melt adhesive, ideal for use in fast edge gluing machines.
The adhesive is characterized by good bonding, good open time and higher resistance to stringing.
In addition, the adhesive has excellent melting behavior, which also benefits the throughput speed.
- Brookfield viscositeit (200°C bij 27/2 rpm): 55.000–80.000 mPas
- Smeltpunt (ring- en balmethode): 100°C
- Bulkdichtheid (bij 200°C): 1,38 g/cm³
Suitable conditions:
- Temperature glue bath: 170–190°C
- Temperature application roller: 190–210°C
- Feed rate: 10–50 m/min
