Product Description
Jowat 930.84 is a cleaning agent specially designed for regular maintenance of melting and dispensing equipment that works with granular PUR-based hot melt adhesives.
Application examples:
- Rinsing of discharge equipment using PUR hot melt adhesives.
Application:
- First completely empty the application equipment.
- Then fill the equipment with the cleaning agent and let it melt.
- Let the melted cleaner flow through the hose and spray head.
- Repeat this procedure to ensure that all adhesive residues are thoroughly removed.
- Remove all residues of the cleaning agent before reuse.
Characteristics:
Jowat 930.34 is effective in flushing PUR adhesives from the melting system and prevents the reaction of any adhesive residues within the system.
- Processing temperature: 100-140 °C
- Density at 20 °C: 0.95 ± 0.05 g/cm³
- Softening range: approx. 80 ± 10 °C
- Viscosity at 120 °C: 9.000 ± 1.500 mPas
Packaging and storage:
Store the product in the closed original packaging in a dry and cool place, at temperatures between 15 and 25 °C.
