STIX A550 POWER ELASTIC 13 kg BUCKET

STIX A550 POWER ELASTIC is a versatile dispersion adhesive for bonding all types of floor coverings, with high initial tack and very low EC1+ emission.

Polyvalent namely all types of floor coverings: LVT in strips or tiles, rubber = 4 mm thickness, linoleum in sheets, polyolefins. Homogeneous PVC in tiles or sheets, multilayer PVC in tiles or sheets, PVC on cork, vinyl, semi-flexible tiles, mineral tiles, all types of fixed carpet and natural fibers. Also for the bonding of PVC to PVC, metal and non-absorbent substrates. 

PROCESSING 

Possible substrates: polyconcrete, cement screed, anhydrite screed, old tiles and old parquet sufficiently leveled, fiberboard or plywood, Water-repellent (CTB-X or CTB-H), fire-resistant boards or anhydrite screeds pre-treat with Primasol R. 

The substrate must be solid, dry, clean, dust-free, flat and grease-free and prepared according to DIN 18364. Floors must be leveled beforehand. Cementitious substrates subject to rising moisture must be pre-treated with Bostik HYTEC 336 XTREM (see ti-sheet). 

Application: Apply STIX A550 POWER ELASTIC with an adapted adhesive comb evenly to the substrate. Lay the floor covering in the adhesive bed and roll carefully with a heavy roller. After ±30 min. re-roll seams and edges (depending on working conditions). Perform seams and welds according to the manufacturer's instructions and rules of the trade. The waiting time for welding PVC seams is 24 hours.

Notes: When installing on floor heating, follow applicable regulations. Always respect the drying time of the substrate.

Uncured material can be cleaned with water, cured material can only be removed mechanically.

STIX A550 POWER ELASTIC has a shelf life of up to 12 months after the production date, provided it is stored dry and frost-free in the original packaging
