WOOD H180 CLASSIC 2 x 7 kg BUCKET

WOOD H180 CLASSIC is a 1 component MS hybrid adhesive for gluing parquet.

PROCESSING 

The substrate must be solid, permanently dry, clean, dust-free and grease-free. The substrate must comply with applicable regulations. On concrete floors a
apply suitable leveling compound. Suitable substrates are: polyurethane concrete without curing, cement screed, anhydrite screed* (see technical advice),
old tile floor, old parquet correctly leveled, hardboard or plywood*, suitable leveling layers.

* Apply directly to the substrate without primer and follow the instructions mentioned below. In any case, always check the moisture content of the substrate, wood and air before installation. 

Moisture content: The moisture content of the substrate must not exceed the following values at the time of installation (measured with CM device):
• Cement and concrete screed: max. 2.0%
• Cement screed with floor heating: max. 1.8%

The moisture content of the wood must be between 7% and 11% at the time of laying (according to EN13226-13227). The relative humidity of the
lokalen moet tussen 45% en 65% bedragen en dit vóór, tijdens en na de plaatsing van het parket. Op vochtige cementgebonden ondergronden (> 2.0 %) of met gevaar van opstijgend vocht ons systeem HYTEC E336 XTREM (epoxyvochtscherm) gebruiken. 

Processing: Cut the bag open, pour the required amount of adhesive onto the base and place the bag back in the bucket. No skin forms because the product
does not come into contact with air humidity. In case of scattered adhesive consumption, the adhesive may harden at the edges of the bag. If necessary, cut again below the previous cut. Apply the adhesive to the substrate with the appropriate adhesive comb. Place the parquet in the fresh adhesive grooves. No waiting time. After installation, carefully press or load the parquet so that 100% adhesive transfer is achieved. Always maintain a space of approximately 10 mm between the wall and the parquet. Every 10 to 15 m², re-tap the installed parquet. 

Uncured material can be cleaned with white spirit or acetone, cured material can only be removed mechanically.

WOOD H180 CLASSIC is shelf-life stable up to 12 months after production date, provided it is stored dry and frost-free in original packaging.
