ACMOSIT 65-50 is a water-soluble cooling fluid that is suitable for virtually all grinding operations.
ACMOSIT 65-50 contains fully synthetic active ingredients and anti-corrosive additives.
The product is guaranteed free from mineral oil and organic chlorine compounds. Furthermore, ACMOSIT 65-50 contains no secondary amines.
This coolant contains a special inhibitor to prevent the formation of nitrosamines. Therefore, it is not absolutely necessary to refresh the working solution if the nitrite limit value is exceeded.
ACMOSIT 65-50 is very well soluble in water and forms a clear grinding fluid. It is highly effective, not only with standard steel types, but also offers excellent corrosion protection. The stability is exceptional, without odor formation, degradation and with a very long service life.
There is no adhesion or contamination of guides, clamping tools or measuring equipment.
Residues of ACMOSIT 65-50 can be easily rinsed off with water.
ACMOSIT 65-50 is virtually foam-free and therefore suitable for all grinding operations.
APPLICATION:
Mix the cooling fluid in a ratio of 3-5% with water, depending on the application.
