Cooling liquid, Mixable with Water
BASIS:
ACMOSIT 64-02 contains mineral oil, special emulsifiers, wetting agents and anti-corrosive additives. The product is guaranteed free of nitrite, organochlorine compounds and nitro-stable amines.
Furthermore, ACMOSIT 64-02 contains a special inhibitor to prevent the formation of nitrosamines. This means it is not necessary to refresh the working solution if the nitrite limit value is exceeded.
FEATURES:
ACMOSIT 64-02 is very suitable for turning, drilling, cutting and sawing steel, gray cast iron and light metals. Excellent results are also achieved with high-grade steel. It can also be used for grinding and offers particularly good corrosion protection.
This coolant guarantees extremely long periods of use without odor formation and without degradation. This ensures optimal cost calculation. Thanks to the excellent heat dissipation and lubrication effects of the working solutions, optimal cutting performance and long tool life are achieved.
When switching from another coolant, cleaning should first be performed with our ACMOSOL 133-30 system cleaner (see special brochure).
APPLICATION:
Mix the cooling fluid in a ratio of approximately 3-5% with water. For cast iron a minimum of 5% is recommended.
Residues of the cooling liquid can cause stains on some light metal and non-ferrous metal alloys after processing.
In these cases, the parts should be rinsed with water immediately after processing.
