Application area
This release agent is designed for spraying on the edges of furniture panels, before the application of hot melt adhesive on the edge bander.
Product Properties
The sprayed release agent prevents adhesion of glue residue that arises during edge gluing. This makes the glue residue much easier to remove.
Instructions for use
Fill the reservoir of the misting system with the release agent TR 8 PLUS and set the optimal spray intensity. Test the selected setting on the first workpieces to check whether:
- Glue residues not adhering?
- Is more release agent used than necessary?
Adjust the spray intensity if necessary.

Work safety / Safety advice
- Highly flammable; keep away from ignition sources and do not smoke.
- Do not inhale vapors.
- Do not pour into the sewage system.
- Only use in well-ventilated spaces.
For this product an additional ADR surcharge from 25 € charged, also for free deliveries.
These are transport costs for the transportation of hazardous materials, as extra safety measures are required.
The ADR surcharge is charged once for the complete shipment, regardless of the number of hazardous products.
