Rakoll® TE 5728 is an aromatic-free hotmelt adhesive based on polyolefin (PO).
This high-quality adhesive offers improved heat and water resistance, making the final product more resistant to such influences. Additionally, Rakoll® TE 5728 is not flammable in the glue pot, which increases safety during use.
To achieve optimal results, you should observe the following working conditions:
- Environment and material temperature: 18-20°C
- Processing temperature: 190°C to 200°C (measured on the adhesive roller)
- Moisture content of the material: 8-10%
- Feed rate: minimum 20 m/min
The main difference with EVA is the higher Heat resistance: 127°C
