Solid machine cleaner – rinsing agent for polyurethane systems.
Application area:
Cleaning/flushing of PUR adhesive residues in melting or application systems.

Application:
After removing the remaining adhesive from the melting pot, fill the pot with PUR cleaner 890 and melt it. The entire volume of cleaning agent must run through the hose and the nozzle or roller. Repeat this procedure to ensure that all PUR hotmelt residues have been removed. For subsequent work with PUR adhesives, the PUR cleaner 890 must be completely removed from the equipment. Do not use a mixture of adhesive and cleaning agent for edge application, as the cross-reaction may be blocked by the cleaning agent.
Packaging and storage:
Available in granule form as 5 kg bucket and 20 kg box, and in cartridge of 1.7 kg. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under optimal storage conditions (cool and dry; 15 - 25 °C).
