RAKOLL GXL3 ZF is a high-quality one-component PVAc adhesive specially developed to minimize emissions of formaldehyde and other volatile organic compounds in composite panels.

This innovative adhesive contributes to a healthier working environment and promotes cleaner indoor air.

Suitable for all types of wood bonding such as panel bonding, veneering, assembly and finger jointing, softwood and hardwood, high-frequency etc.

With a very low volatile organic compound (VOC) content and excellent water resistance, RAKOLL GXL3 ZF maintains its performance at high temperatures without discoloration.

The glued joints not only offer high temperature resistance, but also strong initial adhesion and rapid curing, resulting in reliable and durable bonds.

This adhesive achieves various certificates such as the EMICODE EC 1PLUS Certificate (see files)

- Minimum temperature: 5 °C
- Storage temperature: 5 °C to 25 °C
- Process temperature: 18 °C to 25 °C
- Viscosity: 13,000 mPa·s Brookfield HB, 20 °C, 20 rpm, Sp. 3
- Moisture content wood: 8% to 10%
- Relative humidity: 40% to 60%
