Rakoll® TE5724 is a high-quality EVA-based hotmelt adhesive, designed for excellent processing, melting and flow properties.
This adhesive provides reliable, clean bonding for various edge materials and is particularly suitable for use with both glue roller and nozzle systems.
This is a very lightly filled hot melt adhesive (±10%) with good processing properties and yet a quasi-transparent adhesive joint.
Applications:
Rakoll® TE5724 is versatile for bonding straight and softform edges.
The adhesive is ideal for bonding plastic edges (PVC, ABS, PP, PS), melamine, HPL and veneer to particleboard and MDF boards. TE5724 is string-free in use and provides a tight, clean application.
Processing instructions :
- Environment, material and adhesive temperature: 18 - 20°C
- Moisture content of materials: 8 - 10%
- Processing temperature: 180 - 200°C
- Feed rate: From 10 m/min
