Application area:

Ideal for cleaning residues of PUR adhesives in melting or application systems.

Characteristics:

• Basis: Oliehoudende vloeistof op basis van polyolen, gebruikt als reinigingsmiddel voor objecten die verontreinigd zijn met polyurethanen en reactieve hot melts, zoals smelt- of applicatieapparatuur.

Application:

PUR Cleaner 892 HL must be heated to 180 °C in a thermo-oil tank with thermostat (avoid overheating). The contaminated parts are placed in the cleaning bath for 3-4 hours. After this time, the PUR contamination has dissolved, so residues can easily be removed with a water jet. Ensure that the cleaner is completely removed and dry all parts before using them again. PUR Cleaner 892 HL is suitable for multiple uses. Use the hot liquid cleaner carefully and avoid splashing to prevent burns.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged in a plastic canister of 10 kg. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date under optimal storage conditions (cool and dry; 15 - 25 °C).
